The Upload and Share Thread: Rarities, Bootlegs, and More

That's right my shniggies. I've decided we need a more efficient, official, catchall thread. Post links or requests for any MBV related rarities or bootlegs here. If a mod wants to sticky this, power to them. I'm assuming some rules might be that you wouldn't want to upload any of the releases from Belinda onwards, but someone else could give their two cents on that. I don't see anything wrong with uploading, say, TIYBV or Geek just because no one is making any money off of them anymore (god knows they probably never did), but don't go around uploading Loveless or any of the later EPs or anything.

I have some bootlegs, if anyone is interested. But really, none worth speaking of. Really only the stuff in the above link, Dingwalls, Axis, and Osaka. I believe Shawn uploaded Dingwalls and Axis recently, I don't know where those links are but I'm sure someone can dig them up. I have Osaka on my iPod but I'm missing my hard copy...Sorry!

Anyway, lets have fun sharing bootlegs and rarities so that people don't have to waste forum space asking for them...Share the wealth.

Doh! I left the external HD at dad's place when I came back from Finland. Otherwise this thread would have the same amount of links to the most crappiest shows as the first post has to good songs.

And by the way, someone (me) should upload Wires' original, so everyone knows how much that one rule!

Isn't it fun how they on their album after the 'Map Ref' cover sound a lot like the cover? The guitars, I mean. It's almost the same distortion/fuzz or whatever (I don't care).
